Analysis and detection
With a description and a couple of examples, Emilio is now able to determine whether a message matches one scenario or another. From a SPAM scenario, to a scenario where a client is asking for an invoice, or detecting that the contact is a supplier, and therefore differentiate by the type of contact.
Required and optional fields
Scenarios may contain mandatory fields. For example, in a lodging reservation, we have the name, dates, number of people, etc. These data are Emilio's goal, and he will manage the entire conversation to obtain them. It is at that moment that he will notify you, not before.
