Log into your mailbox, just like your mail app. Any email that arrives while Emilio is active is categorized according to the pre-defined scenario that fits best.
Responses are sent to the client and the conversation is maintained as long as the client continues to respond and the data from the mandatory fields have not yet been obtained.
What are mandatory data? Each scenario may contain mandatory fields. (In a sample reservation, these would be pax, nights, dates).
What is a scenario? It is each "type" of email that is received, for example: reservations would be one scenario, returns another, general information another.
Emilio will try to get the information to fill in the mandatory fields before notifying you. He will filter out all the previous conversation prior to obtaining the important data.
And all this can be followed from the control panel, which works like a mail client, but without the reply function, where you can also see statistics about the scenarios and the most active contacts.
